Impact on KIIRAAY
Analysis regions, departments, communes, neighborhoods and villages will be linked to an official source and validity period, without confusing party structure with a territorial authority.
Presidential, legislative, departmental and municipal elections will each have an approved rules file. No election formula will be hard-coded.
Text version, relevant provisions, effective date, counsel opinion and change history will be required before an election configuration is activated.
Separate draft · not applicable
It must not be confused with enacted Law No. 2026-10. Institutional reform drafts are monitored but configure no production rule until enactment in the Official Gazette is verified.
This library informs platform design and is not legal advice. KIIRAAY must have Senegalese counsel confirm the consolidated text, applicable provisions and calendar before each election or sensitive activation.
